Brussels: Kujawsko-Pomorskie Region EU Office (day two of two day event)
Looking Ahead: Markets, Agriculture and Policy
What will shape the future of agriculture over the next decade?
On 13–14 October, the Forum for the Future of Agriculture (ForumforAg), together with the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Region, brought together experts and stakeholders for the third edition of its workshop on market outlooks and policy implications.
Building on the success of previous editions, the workshop started with the latest OECD-FAO Agricultural Outlook and its 2026–2035 perspective, before zooming in on the forces shaping global markets and the future of European agriculture.
From market scenarios and sustainable productivity growth to the policy choices that can support a resilient and competitive agricultural sector, with access to data and innovation, the discussions will explore the opportunities and challenges ahead — with a particular focus on Europe.
A forward-looking conversation on where agriculture is heading, what is driving change, and how policy can help shape the future.
