Ursula Hudson
Ursula Hudson PhD started her professional career as assistant lecturer for Intercultural German Language and Literature Studies at the University of Bayreuth. From 1996 to 2004 she lectured at Cambridge and Oxford universities (UK) and from 2005 onwards she has been a freelance researcher and writer. Dr Hudson is a member of the Deutsche Akademie für Kulinaristik e.V. (German Academy for Culinarism) and since February 2010 she has been a board member of Slow Food Deutschland e.V. In June 2012 she became President of the board of Slow Food Deutschland and member of the Executive Board of Slow Food International.
