Online webinar

Tuesday, November 25, 2025
14:00 - 16:00 (CET)

Join us on Tuesday 25 November for an engaging high-level policy webinar exploring how the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) and circular economy policies can better support the adoption of sustainable nutrient management practices in EU agriculture.

Why it matters?
Optimising nutrient management and closing nutrient loops are essential to meeting the EU’s environmental goals under the Green Deal and Farm to Fork Strategy. Despite progress, nitrogen and phosphorus losses remain a major challenge. Improving nutrient monitoring and use efficiency, alongside circular approaches like nutrient recovery from organic waste, can reduce fertilizer dependency, mitigate environmental impacts, and support a more sustainable and resilient agricultural system.

What to expect?
Co-hosted by NutriBudget and ReNu2Cycle, the webinar will bring together leading experts, practitioners, and policymakers to explore how policy can drive the adoption of sustainable farming practices through better circular use of nutrients.

Engage in a dynamic exchange of ideas and contribute to the development of effective, science-based policies that promote sustainable nutrient cycles and drive forward resilient, circular agricultural practices across the EU.
