The European Landowners’ Organization (ELO), in collaboration with the Forum for the Future of Agriculture, organised a breakfast meeting under the European Parliament’s Biodiversity, Hunting and Countryside Intergroup, hosted by MEP Stefan Köhler in Strasbourg, to discuss how the bioeconomy can strengthen Europe’s rural resilience and strategic autonomy, with a particular focus on the contribution of the Horizon Europe PathFinder project.

The event brought together representatives from the European Parliament, industry, landowners’ organisations, research institutions and other key stakeholders, fostering an active exchange of views on the future of Europe’s bioeconomy and forest monitoring.
